by - April 17, 2014

We all want healthy skin and hair like the women we see on the TV and magazines. We try different products, foods and even diets to achieve that. But it honestly is the easiest thing to get! Check out these 4 lifestyle changes that WILL help you get that perfect skin and hair that you have always wanted. These are just a few easy things that you can do if you put your mind to it. Come on girls, lets be fit, healthy and fabulous!

1. Eat Clean and Healthy
This is the most important lifestyle change that you will have to make. You should put good things in your body instead of fast food, packages and processed foods. It will not only help you get great skin and hair, but will also help you lose a few extra pounds here and there. Eat food that is good for your body, good fat and have a nutritious diet rather than living on Ramen noodles and diet coke. No matter how many miracle products you try, you will never have good skin unless you eat good.
I am not asking you to give up everything you love, but eat it in MODERATION. Have 3 healthy, balanced meals a day.
Think of it this way, what would happen to you car if you put water instead of petrol in it? Painting the exterior will not help your car in this case.

2. Drink Water
Drinking water is really important for your body. The human body is 70% water, by just drinking 2-3 litres of water a day, you can get that glow on your skin without even using make up or those expensive creams, lotions, face packs and what-not. Think of the money that you will save.
I know what you would be thinking right now, if you drink so much water a day, you'd never leave the washroom! But trust me, in a week or so, your bladder will adjust to the change and that won't be a problem at all.

3. Workout
This is one lifestyle change that people shrek away from, but believe it or not, working out 20 minutes for 3 days a week will help you get good skin and hair! I know, this would the hardest lifestyle change that you will ever make. Yes, it will hurt and your body will be sore, but it WILL be worth it. Trust me.
Find something that will work for you. Some people like to swim, other love jogging. There are a lot  of options out there, so go explore them and find "the one" that suits you best, you will tank me later, I swear.
This would also help you lose a few extra pounds that you have been meaning to lose for a while.

4. Sleep Well
Lastly, you need your 8 hours of beauty sleep to look gorgeous the next day. No one likes dull skin and dark circles! Get your sleep. You will be active, fresh and happy all day!
Also, this will really help your personality as well. We all know that sleep deprivation makes one irritable and cross. Sleep is very important for out body, it requires rest.
Think of it this way, your cell phone needs its battery charged after hours of texting, right? Or it would stop working. The same goes for your body.

I also feel that using organic products help a lot in getting glowing, clear skin. I've had great experiences with the Organic Harvest facewash and Gratia Handmade Glycerin soap and I think that you should give organic products a chance.
