Hydrate Yourself: Recipe for Green Iced Tea

I've been into Green Tea for about a year now, and although it took some time for me to get used the taste, but it now is my go-to beverage. That being said (well, written) it's hard to have a hot beverage in the Summer, especially when the temperature  goes north of 40 degrees  where I live. My solution? Green Iced Tea!

Step 1: Keep 3-4 cups of water to boil

Step 2: Warm about a half cup of water for 30 seconds, then add 3 bags of Green Tea and let it brew for 2-4 minutes. 

Step 3: Add the brewed tea to the boiling water and add either a cup of sugar or honey to it. (I prefer honey) 

Step 4: Add some cut-up lemon if you aren't using flavoured tea

Step 5: Let it cool for half an hour and refrigerate

There you go. an easy way to make Green Tea at home!  You know how important it is to get that 2 liters of water a day, I wrote a whole post about it..
