February Fitness Update

Since we started with 2016, I thought I should take you along my fitness journey. One of my resolutions this year is to lose weight and get fitter, but I lack consistency. I decided to update you guys montly about my struggles with keeping myself fit and healthy.

Activities
This was the month in which I got active. I go cycling (almost) 5 days a week. My goal for the month was 20km which I met! Yay! 
I normally go cycling in the morning after walking my dog, Albi. I go around 7:00 and come back around 8:00 or 8:30 because I need to rush to college. 
My first cycling tip was not big, it was just 7 km (from my house to New Lake, Sector 42) but I really enjoyed the ride!

My next 'big' trip was to the Japanese Garden with my boyfriend and it was amazing!

My other trips were to the Sukhna Lake which was a HUGE achievement for me. When I first started learning how to drive, Sukhna was a place where I would come, and now with cycling, all the physical effort proves to be fruitful.

My bike!


On my last (and biggest) trip to Sukhna I shattered the glass of my iPhone 6 Plus. It hurt so much, the replacement costs a LOT! I would just like to say that you need to buy insurance for your phone if you have butter fingers, like myself. Especially if its an expensive phone. JUST DO IT. 

Speaking of just do it, I got my first ever pair of Nike shoes, in PINK! I  am so in love. It's a big thing to get shoes for my size, I have such tiny feet..

Okay, you have to agree, they are bae.


Food
Okay, so I haven't been very good in this department, BUT BUT BUT I have been trying. Yes, I have had a lot of pizzas, burgers, mo-mos, pasta, etc.etc. but I have tried to eat healthy, too. 
My current favourite is a strawberry smoothie, it's just so yummy!

I will stop drinking coffee for this.


I have also tried to eat as much as fruit as I can.

They are amazing!


But all of my "good" is erased by this one yummy thing available at Elante food court. Thinking about it makes me drool...

I feel that February was a good month fitness-wise. I hope March is better and I make PROGRESS!

  1. You have to make sure that your exercise never becomes a routine. So keep on changing things up on a regular basis.
