REVIEW: Natural Bath & Body French Red Clay Face Masque

by - February 22, 2016

I got the Natural Bath & Body French Red Clay Face Masque in the Beauty Resolutions Fab bag for January 2016 as a sample product of 20 grams. The packaging says that this is an earthly mask for heavenly skin, and I agree.

Price: 450/- for

Beauty, red clay mask, best clay mask, clay mask for acne, natural clay mask,

I have tried the Natural Bath & Body Whipped Cream with Vitamin E and the Natural Bath & Body Lemon Chamomile Hand and Foot Cream and loved them both, so in all I have a great experience with all the products which I have tried from this brand, so my expectations were high when I tried the Natural Bath & Body French Red Clay Face Masque.

The French Red Clay Face Mask is a paste of French Red Clay that contains iron and other necessary minerals, blended with rose oil and virgin coconut oil. The sample which I got came in a black tube with a red sticker on it, and for a sample it has an appealing packaging. I also like the original packaging of the product, which reminds me of Lush cosmetics.

Beauty, red clay mask, best clay mask, clay mask for acne, natural clay mask,

I usually steam my face for a few minutes and then apply the mask. The mask is reddish in colour and is very light and smells amazing; just like a garden of roses, love that smell. The mask isn't too thick and surprising doesn't dehydrate and tighten the skin the way other clay masks do. It dries quickly and can be removed easily.

I feel this is a good clay mask for acne prone skin. It actually soothes the acne and isn't very dehydrating. This is a good mask for people that have oily skin and sensitive skin. It contains no parabens, sulfates, petrolatum, and is free of harsh chemicals and harmful colourants.

Pros:

  1. Smells amazing
  1. Contains no parabens, sulfates, and petrolatum
  1. Free of harsh chemicals and colourants
  1. Good for people with sensitive skin
  1. Not tightening or dehydrating
  1. Price

Cons:

I feel that this is one of  the best clay masks available in India and I will definitely recommend it to my friends.
